One of three big waterfall in Japan is Fukuroda-no-Taki. Tsukimachi fall is north of it. Hight 15m, width 10m. The name of Tsukimachi-no-Taki (waterfall) mean is a fall of waiting the moon.

I strarted from a national lodging "Goten Yama Sou". It is good lodging. In the bath, people look on the river Naka. Member of staff in a dining room ware cheerful and friendly.

Through the road named "Beef Road" that is winding and undulating, I have a good driving for Yamagata Town, Daigo Town and Tsukimachi fall.
Neighborhood is producing distinct of good buckwheat flour. On the roadside, there is a shop what sell bread by buckwheat.

Now, I just arrivred at a waterfall Tsukimachi.

A fall of waiting the moon.
This fall is a place of praying for "have an easy delivery". People prayed after waiting for 23th moon.
Anybody are able to walk the back cave of fall.

I eat Soba(buckwheat noodle) at Momoji-Tei restraunt adjoining the fall. I have a time of talking a master of this shop about my camera. He had a red hands from doing the kitchen work.

I bought a souvenir is "Good Luck" a written oracle from tumbler.
("Good Luck" ... But If result of a written oracle was bad .... (^^; )
