The International Law on treatment of prisonars
of war, which was signed by twenty-nine
nations at Geneva on July 27, 1929, has the
following articles.

Article 2 : Prisoners of War shall be treated humanely.
Article 11 : The food ration of prisoners of war shall
        be equivalent to that of the depot troops.
Article 14 : Each camp shall possess an infirmary
       for the prisoners of war.
