do we have time to think about them.

Now, suppose for a moment that you came over
to the allied forces. You would learn of
many things you never knew before. You would
have a new and bettter point of view. For instance,
this photograph gives you one example:

The International Law on treatment of prisonars
of war, which was signed by twenty-nine
nations at Geneva on July 27, 1929, has the
following articles.

Article　2 : Prisoners of War shall be treated humanely.
Article 11 : The food ration of prisoners of war shall
　　　　　　 　be equivalent to that of the depot troops.
Article 14 : Each camp shall possess an infirmary
　　　　　　　for the prisoners of war.
