Hello Maruken-Sanso, Nobuko and the whole family in Nozawa Onsen over there on the other side of the world!! Now, that we a re arrived back at Germany, we would like to thank you for the amazing and unforgetable stay in your accommodation. The Japanese style rooms seem to us Germans unusual but after all very comfortable, clean and gave us a good impression about what living in Japan is like. An immense compliment from us earned the feeding, too. It was delicious, carefully prepared and very generous all in all. But the thing we enjoyed mostly was the private onsen in your basement. It痴 pleasant and a great comfort to have the possibility after a hard ski-day to relax by taking a hot bath. So we can warmly recommend the Maruken-Sanso pension, also for European Tourists. Ski trip to Nozawa onsen

I'd like to take this opportunity to show my gratitude to Nobuko and Mamoru for the hospitality of our stay at Maruken-Sanso. Our stay took place from Jan.14 to Jan 18,2006.It was my third time to Nagano, but the very first time to Nozawa. It was a very pleasant trip. Although Maruken Sanso is a small inn and there are no deluxe faclities as most hotels do , I really appreciate Miss Nobuko for taking good care of every guests and offered us few days of home feel and warmth atmosphere, especially the meals full of variety prepared by Nobuko. I strongly recommend to everyone who do like sking and hot-spring. Best wishes to Mamoru and Nobuko's familly, hope to visit you again in near future! (Hong Kong)

Very good Minshuku in Nozawan-onsen

I went to Nozawan onsen on 20.01.06 - 26.01.06 for skiing. And stay in Maruken-Sanso. This is my first time to stay in Minshuku. It was a very nice experience. The owners, Mamoru and Nobuko are extremely warm and very friendly. The food was delicious and many variety, have sushi, sukiyaki, shabu shabu etc..... Maruken Sanso really showed us the true meaning of Japanese hospitality. I would recommend it to all friends who would travel to Nozawa Onsen. Also they are located just a few minutes from the ski slopes. I wish Mamoru and Nobuko all the best and hope to see them again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking care of me during the period I stayed in your home. It was my 3rd time going to NozawaOnsen and your house. There is nothing change of them. It is very comfortable for me. I also went to Shigakogen this time. Most of the day I stayed were sunny days. It is very big and some ski courses are very good. It is a unforgettable ski trip in Nozawa Onsen. The unforgettable thing is the last night in Nozawa Onsen. Maruyama family and the house guests picked me up to the bus terminal and said goodbye to me. I was surprised and felt warm. Thank you for Maruyama family and those house guests. (Hong Kong)
